At JUORTHO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Item must be in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items without original tags

Items showing signs of wear or alteration

Items damaged due to customer mishandling

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service at contact@juortho.com to request a return authorization

Include your order number and reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Pack items securely in original packaging

Include the original packing slip

4. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service

JUORTHO is not responsible for lost return packages

5. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will notify you of approval or rejection

If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method

Please allow reasonable processing time after we receive your return

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

Return the original item following our return process

Place a new order for the desired item

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos of the damage or defect

We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement

8. Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return.
